Legal Agreement for Snassidevs Services

1. General Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

  • The website snassidevs.com

  • All SnassiDevs WordPress plugins

  • All related services, subscriptions, trials, licenses, and support

SnassiDevs is developed and operated by SnassiDevs, based in Slagelse, Denmark.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

For purposes of these Terms:

  • “Company” means SnassiDevs

  • “Service” means all plugins, website services, and related offerings provided by SnassiDevs

  • “User” means any individual or entity using the Service

  • “Subscription” means a paid license plan

  • “Free Trial” means the 14-day trial period (where applicable)

  • “Merchant of Record” refers to Paddle.com

SnassiDevs provides WordPress plugins and related tools designed to enhance, manage, and optimize websites.

The website functions as:

  • A marketing and sales platform

  • A documentation resource

  • A support interface

  • A license management portal

All plugins operate within the User’s own WordPress installation and environment.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements

  • Provide accurate account and billing information

If acting on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind that entity.

If account creation is required, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of credentials

  • Preventing unauthorized access

  • Ensuring accurate account information

We may suspend accounts in cases of abuse or violation.

Paid plans may require:

  • License key activation

  • Website domain validation

  • Periodic license verification

License keys may not be shared, resold, or distributed without authorization.

3. Payments, Trials & Refunds

All transactions are processed by Paddle.

Paddle:

  • Processes payments

  • Manages VAT and applicable taxes

  • Issues invoices

  • Handles subscription billing infrastructure

SnassiDevs does not store full payment card details.

We may offer a 14-day free trial.

During this period:

  • No payment is required

  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends

If not canceled before expiration, the selected subscription will automatically begin and payment will be processed.

Subscriptions:

  • Are billed annually unless other terms have been stated

  • Renew automatically

  • Continue until canceled

You are responsible for canceling before renewal to avoid charges.

Because a free trial may be provided, refunds are generally not issued after payment.

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate billing

  • Billing errors

  • Technical failure preventing core functionality

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.

Refunds are processed through Paddle and granted at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Failure to cancel before renewal

  • Change of mind

  • Compatibility issues

  • Misconfiguration or improper use of the Service

You may cancel at any time via:

  • The Paddle billing portal

  • Checkout instructions

  • Available support or chatbot interface on snassidevs.com

After cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the billing period

  • No future charges occur

  • No prorated refunds are issued unless legally required

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

  • Circumvent license validation systems

  • Resell licenses without authorization

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with servers or infrastructure

Violation may result in suspension, termination and/or legal actions.

All intellectual property rights in:

  • Plugin code

  • Branding

  • Website content

  • Documentation

Are owned by SnassiDevs.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to your subscription plan.

Ownership is not transferred.

SnassiDevs tools may assist with website functionality and compliance-related tasks, but:

  • Do not provide legal advice

  • Do not guarantee legal compliance

  • Do not replace professional legal counsel

Users remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free operation

  • Compatibility with all themes, plugins, or environments

Features may be modified or discontinued at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnassiDevs shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue or profits

  • Regulatory fines

  • Data loss

  • Third-party claims

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnassiDevs from claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Service

  • Your website’s legal non-compliance

  • Your breach of these Terms

6. Termination of service

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Payment fails

  • Fraud or abuse is detected

7. Privacy & Cookies

We may collect and process personal data in connection with your use of the Service, including:

  • Name and contact information

  • Billing and transaction data (handled via Paddle)

  • Account and license information

  • Website usage data (e.g., analytics, interactions)

Data is collected only to the extent necessary to provide, improve, and secure the Service.

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

  • Deliver customer support

  • Improve functionality and user experience

  • Comply with legal obligations
