1. General Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

SnassiDevs is developed and operated by SnassiDevs, based in Slagelse, Denmark.

All plugins operate within the User’s own WordPress installation and environment.
2. Accounts and Eligibility

If acting on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind that entity.
If account creation is required, you are responsible for:

3. Payments, Trials & Refunds
All transactions are processed by Paddle.
Paddle:

SnassiDevs does not store full payment card details.
We may offer a 14-day free trial.
During this period:

No payment is required

You may cancel at any time before the trial ends
If not canceled before expiration, the selected subscription will automatically begin and payment will be processed.
Subscriptions:

Are billed annually unless other terms have been stated

Renew automatically
-
Continue until canceled
You are responsible for canceling before renewal to avoid charges.
Because a free trial may be provided, refunds are generally not issued after payment.
Refunds may be considered in cases of:

Duplicate billing

Billing errors
-
Technical failure preventing core functionality
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
Refunds are processed through Paddle and granted at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds are not provided for:

Failure to cancel before renewal

Change of mind

Compatibility issues

Misconfiguration or improper use of the Service
You may cancel at any time via:

Are owned by SnassiDevs.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to your subscription plan.
Ownership is not transferred.
SnassiDevs tools may assist with website functionality and compliance-related tasks, but:

Do not guarantee legal compliance

Do not replace professional legal counsel
Users remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Liability & Disclaimers

Features may be modified or discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnassiDevs shall not be liable for:

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
